Available to students, faculty, staff, visitors, vendors or contractors, and those with disabilities.
Recommended for students who commute to campus or campus housing residents who are not eligible for a CH permit.
Allows parking in:
- ST space, unless otherwise posted
- 24-hour CH spaces from 5 p.m. Friday to 11 p.m. Sunday
- Any non "24-hour" EM-P, EM-S or numbered Reserved (R) space after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday
- Parking garages by scanning permit beginning at 5 p.m. until posted closing hours on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday
- When used on a motorcycle, all motorcycle spaces and designated-motorcycle parking areas, including garages
*overnight parking is not permitted in any Garage
